- Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Safari Briefing & Overnight
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport, your Dayshamo Safaris guide will warmly welcome you. You’ll be transferred to your lodge in Arusha for dinner, rest, and a detailed safari briefing.

- Day 2: Flight to Northern Serengeti – Migration Tracking Begins
After an early breakfast, take a scenic flight from Arusha to Kogatende (Northern Serengeti). This region comes alive with migration herds crossing the Mara River, often stalked by crocodiles and predators.
Enjoy an afternoon game drive followed by a sundowner at your tented camp.
Overnight: Mara Under Canvas / Lemala Kuria Hills / Tanzania Bush Camps – Migration Zone

- Day 3: Northern Serengeti – Mara River Crossings
Spend a full day in the Northern Serengeti, following the migration trails. Your expert guide will position you near potential river crossing points, where thousands of wildebeest and zebras risk everything for greener pastures.
Expect dramatic scenes and classic predator action throughout the day.

- Day 4: Central Serengeti – Wildlife & Landscapes

Arrive at your camp by sunset and enjoy dinner under the stars.

- Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands – Scenic Journey
After a relaxed breakfast and final Serengeti game drive, continue toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Optional stop at Olduvai Gorge, an important archaeological site, is available.
Arrive at a lodge perched on the crater rim or in the lush highlands for an overnight stay.
Overnight: Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge / Rhino Lodge

- Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Safari – Return to Arusha
Descend early into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. This UNESCO-listed caldera shelters rhinos, hippos, lions, buffalos, flamingos, and more, all within an ancient volcanic basin.
After lunch by a hippo pool, drive back to Arusha (or fly from Manyara if preferred). End of safari.
